I have over seven years of experience working with people to help them understand themselves and better their lives. I have counseled individuals, couples, families, groups, and teens throughout my career. I started my professional career in the high-tech sales world, making the change to counseling in order to follow my heart.
I received my Master's Degree in Counseling with a focus on Marriage and Family Therapy from San Francisco State University. My BA is from Middlebury College in Vermont.
