Money has a bad reputation for causing many arguments, rifts, and even divorces or break ups for couples. According to a study by Kansas State University researcher, Sonya Britt, money arguments are a predictor of divorce, more often even than arguments about sex, the in-laws, children or any other typical sticking point couples face.
To give insight into why this is such a challenging topic for couples and what they can do about it, I interviewed Ruth Lane-Wierzba, a Money Coach with a background as a Financial Planner and Certified Public Accountant.
